CreditEase Wealth Management has been approved by US Securities and Exchange Commission as a registered investment advisor, allowing it to offer investment advice to clients based in America.
The firm, the wealth management arm of Beijing-based financial technology company Creditease, has already obtained advisory licences in Singapore and Hong Kong. It focuses on wealth advisory services for high net worth individuals and mass affluent Chinese investors. It also offers investment immigration and international education advisory.
‘Becoming an RIA is built on outstanding performance of CreditEase Wealth Management targeting especially high net worth Chinese investors in the past eleven years,' said Fan Gao, CreditEase's senior vice president and overseas compliance director.
