Julien Collin has been named head of markets, investment and structuring in Singapore for Indosuez Wealth Management.
He is responsible for providing global asset allocation advice, investment solutions and recommendations to Indosuez's ultra-high net worth clients serviced by Singapore-based relationship managers.
Collin leads a team of 35 professionals in Singapore, covering foreign exchange and precious metals, structured products, advisory, discretionary portfolio management, private equity, funds, execution, real estate, wealth structuring and credit structuring activities.
He reports to Asia CEO, Pierre Masclet, and Arjan de Boer, head of markets, investment and structuring, based in Hong Kong.
The former acquisition programme director was relocated to Singapore in July last year to oversee the integration with CIC's private banking units in Singapore and Hong Kong.
The acquisition, completed last December, increased Indosuez's assets under management to EUR 12 billion ($14.2 billion) in Asia.
Collin first joined Indosuez, the wealth management arm of Crédit Agricole Group, in 2014 as head of markets and investment solutions in Paris.
He began his banking career in 2007 with Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank in the mergers and acquisitions team.
He later moved to the general inspection division to carry out assignments for activities related to Europe, the UK, the US and Asia, subsequently joining the group's strategy and development unit.
