Jupiter Asset Management has named Harry Richards as assistant fund manager to Citywire AA-rated manager Ariel Bezalel, as well as appointing a head of investments, fixed income and multi-asset.
Richards, who joined Jupiter in 2011, has been part of the firm’s bonds team since 2013. In his new capacity, he will provide research input and have some portfolio construction responsibilities.
Meanwhile, the firm has also appointed Katharine Dryer, who was formerly a product specialist director in the fixed income team, to the new role of head of investments, fixed income and multi-asset.
This will see Dryer work closely with Stephen Pearson, who is chief investment officer, and focus on building Jupiter’s product range in fixed income and multi-asset.
In addition, the firm has also named Hilary Blandy, who was previously working in an analyst capacity, will serve as head of credit research. She will lead a five-strong team responsible for shaping, structuring and developing growth.
Joining Blandy, who reports to Miles Geldard, head of strategy, fixed income and multi-asset, will be Adam Darling, who is now a permanent member of the team. Joe Moxham, who joined Jupiter through it graduate scheme, will serve as an analyst in the team.
