About Jeff Bakalar

Jeff Bakalar works for ING as the Managing Director and Group Head of the ING U.S Investment Management Senior Loan Group. Jeff co-manages the ING Flex Senior Loans Fund with his colleague Dan Norman, who also co-chairs the Group’s Investment Committee and Loan Valuation Committee. Jeff started his career as an associate with Continental Bank in 1987, before moving to The First National Bank of Chicago in 1994. He studied finance at the University of Illinois Chicago in 1986 and received his MBA with highest honours at DePaul University in 1992.
